Switches: TELESTEL owns all the infrastructure that it operates. With switches in Miami, NY, London , Bogota and Guatemala City Telintel provides several option for interconnections. The carriers can interconnect TDM in any of the 5 switches available in SS7/C7 , or via VoIP ( H323 , SIP ).
NOC: The network operation center is based in Bogota-Colombia, with 24x7 support and bilingual engineers.
Routing: Telintel's offering is based on quality, Therefore we have developed control systems which test in real time every single route insuring that only routes with good quality are used.
